Be advised that additional personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and leather safety shoes, are required and not included in most HRC 4 kits.
All rubber gloves used as part of an HRC 4 kit must be voltage-rated and tested for the maximum line-to-line voltage upon which work will be done; leather protectors must be worn externally if voltage-rated rubber gloves could be damaged.
